AI-JISR considers any violation of scientific ethics, including plagiarism, to be unacceptable. The similarity rate of articles submitted to the journal must not exceed 15%, excluding the references. Authors are required to upload a similarity report (PDF) showing the similarity rate (excluding the reference list) to the system at the time of submission. If the “Overall Similarity” rate in the report exceeds 15%, the submission cannot be completed.
Manuscripts that pass the preliminary review are also subjected to a similarity analysis, and the report is evaluated not only based on the percentage rate but also in terms of academic ethical principles and content integrity. If plagiarism is detected in a published article, the correction, statement of concern, or retraction process outlined on the Complaints, Corrections, and Retractions page is initiated. For general ethical principles, please refer to the Publication Ethics and Responsibilities page.
