What can you write to us about?

• Manuscript submission and process: submission steps, evaluation status, revision and publication stages.
• Account and technical problems: sign-in, registration, file upload or form issues.
• Publication ethics, complaints and appeals: ethical concerns, appeals against editorial decisions, requests for correction or retraction. See Complaints, Corrections and Retractions for the procedure.
• Copyright and permissions: use and citation of published articles.
• Offers to review, edit or collaborate.

It helps if your e-mail includes

• If you write about a manuscript, its tracking number (e.g. AI-JISR-2026-0005) and title.
• If you write about your account, the e-mail address it is registered with.
• For a technical problem, what you were trying to do and the message shown on screen (a screenshot if possible).

Please do not send your password or other confidential information by e-mail; the editorial office will never ask you for a password.

How we respond
